Solution
To install your Backup service, please follow these instructions
Your product is the ACB (desktop backup system)
1 - Go to
http://78.137.168.100/obs/jsp/user/wizard/install/index.jsp?locale=en
2 - Click Download PCBackup Click A Backup - An easy-to-use backup software for desktops and notebooks (only available for Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / 2008)
3 - Follow the instructions below that link.
- For step 4 enter: 78.137.168.100
- Ignore the proxy setup unless you are using a proxy
Your user/pass will be sent via email and these can be entered into the software by selecting 'Already a User'
