 I've activated my spam filter but spam continues to be delivered - why?
Solution Sometimes your spam filter needs to be refined in order to catch the bulk of the spam coming to your account. You can try defining black lists and white lists through your control panel as well as reducing the spam level required for a mail to be marked as spam.
